Global Health Short Course (GHSC) is a program run by medical students, for medical students, intended to inform, inspire, and educate medical students about all things global health. It is designed to give delegates the opportunity to explore a range of global health topics of interest, ranging from refugee and asylum seeker health, maternal health, to health advocacy and environmentalism.
In 2019, GHSC is focussing on the theme of “Global Health: A journey to making change” and hopes to encourage students to think about the multitude of ways they can get involved in global health in their futures.
Although targeted at medical students, we encourage everyone to attend – from those who are already passionate about global health, to those just looking to learn a little bit more.
