Position: Vampire Cup Rep.

Role description
Vampire Cup, AMSA’s annual National Blood Drive in collaboration with the Red Cross Blood Service, is making some exciting changes to the competition. Consequently, we are seeking enthusiastic local reps to form a subcommittee to help make this year's Vampire Cup the most successful to-date. The role includes:
- Working with AMSA's National Vampire Cup Coordinator to organise and promote the blood drive
- Working with the Red Cross Blood Service coordinator at local donor centre to make group bookings
- Working with your MedSoc to organise incentives
- Monitoring engagement and responding accordingly
- Maintain a record of donors at your school
- Communicating changes to the 2015 Vampire Cup
- Educating students about blood donation and bone marrow registration
You will work with the WAMSS' AMSA rep, and sit on the national AMSA Vampire Cup subcommittee to promote the Vampire Cup Blood Drive.

Time commitment
- Vampire Cup will be a 12-week drive this year, so availability and presence on campus from 13 July - 4 October 2015 is essential.
