Relaxation tip:

For the next few weeks, I will be hounding you with ideas to help you survive your exams. I’m also really hoping that if I tell you all to do them enough times then I might do them as well 😛

Today’s topic is priorities, those majestic things that we almost always put in the wrong order.

This is another stress management technique that, when done correctly, will be a help, not a hindrance, to stress management. Combined with time management, setting priorities will keep you on schedule. As hard as it may be, coming into exams it may be a good idea to put things like 9gag, reddit, Netflix, Facebook, procrastibaking and other such enjoyable pastimes on the back burner and put things like STUDY further up the list.

TIP: Use lists to prioritize. You may have daily, weekly and monthly lists. Tell yourself what you’re going to do, hopefully in order of importance.
