The Students in Health and Medical Research Conference (SHMRC) is an evening research symposium showcasing research from students all across Western Australia. SHMRC would like to extend an invitation to our workshop on abstract writing, an opportunity for participants to refine their abstracts in preparation for examination at the conference and elsewhere in the community. Please bring with you any data you may already have plus something to write/type with.

The workshop will be facilitated by Dr Jarrad Hall:
Dr Jarrad Hall completed a combined Masters and PhD in infectious diseases and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine at the University of Western Australia. His research focused on the molecular epidemiology; applied cellular physiology of antimicrobial resistant bacteria, and the development of a rapid diagnostic susceptibility test. He has multiple first authored publications and continues to be active in infectious diseases research.
